The California Foundation for Independent Living Centers (CFILC) & California Health Incentives Improvement Project (CHIIP) is proud to present our southern regional summit for youth with disabilities; a youth led,youth driven summit to engage youth in Southern California in the exciting statewide campaign to establisg Disability Hisorty Week.

 

WHAT: YO! Disabled & Proud Youth Summit 

WHEN: Saturdat, March 13, 2010  1:00-6:00pm

WHERE:Dayle McIntosh Center (Orane County)

WHO: Southern California Youth with disabilities 15-28 years old

COST: FREE for Youth! (however, transportation is on your own)

 

Students wishing to attend the summit may complete the on-line application form before February 19, 2010.  Only Students and transition age youth from Southern California (South of Fresno to San Diego) will be considered for this summit. Due to space limitations applicants will be selected based on the answers to the two essay questions included in the applicaiton.  Apply Now!
